Rorato Nominees Pty Ltd, trading as Billabong produce, is a privately owned Australian Company that has been operating as a family concern since 1966.

Sergio and Sylvia Rorato along with their family Sandra, Glenn, Allan, and Peter Robinson manage the Primary Production of Produce, Harvest Transport, Tomato Processing Factory, and Product Delivery.

Each year in August, after much cultivation and forming up of tomato beds, planting begins. Planting times are staggered to achieve a long harvest. Throughout the growing season, the water is manage meticulously to achieve optimum growing conditions for the Tomato Plant with a resulting bountiful crop in the months January to April/May.

Harvest is commenced and as the Tomato is taken from the paddock, they are delivered the very same day to the factory where they are processed fresh from the field and packaged immediately. The company's Processing Factory, is HACCP compliant, and is situated in the midst of the company's properties. The Factory operates twenty-four hours per day during the harvesting months.

The processed produce includes a wide range of tomato purees and tomato sauces, as well as diced, chunky and crushed tomato products. The freshly processed tomato sauces also include a variety of sauces containing other freshly harvested vegetables and herbs, making them ideal for use as high quality `homemade' pasta sauces.
