Billabong employs 20 full-time staff across office work to mechanics, forklift drivers and machine operators.
During the month of October and February through to April we source up to 60 casual seasonal workers through local labour hire companies. All staff are placed through an induction process to educate and instil expectations, safety and standard operating procedures of Billabong produce.
